Meski cpanel terbaru sudah memiliki proxy sendiri tapi tidak semua koneksi mengijinkan untuk port secure (https) cpanel (2083), whm (2086) dan webmail (2096).

Pada saat kita login cpanel/whm dengan url http://namadomain/cpanel atau http://namadomain/whm akan akan alert masuk ke https (secure), klik Yes untuk IE dan masuk mode https.

dan apabila akses ditolak oleh koneksi maka bisa memilih opsi kedua

Apabila masih belum bisa,  dicoba dengan menggunakan port non-secure (http) untuk cpanel dan whm secara langsung :

• Cpanel : http://namadomain:2082
• WHM : http://namadomain:2085
• WEBMAIL : http://namadomain:2095
